Videos

At Heart+Mind Strategies, I created a variety of videos — including clips from our monthly Roundtable sessions and announcement videos. I used Premiere Pro for all my video editing. Production can be minimal, such as just trimming the video clips or adding graphics, or more involved — including storyboarding, sourcing video clips, editing footage, adding text or other graphic elements, and mixing audio/music. Here are some examples below.

At Higginbotham, I helped with the production on several videos. This included setting up for video shoots (camera equipment, microphones, and lighting), running on-camera interviews, and editing in post-production. Production includes editing the footage, color correction, adjusting audio levels, and adding graphics. Here are some examples of videos I co-created.

I also created an animated Insurance Explainer video.

Website Building (Wordpress, HTML, CSS)

At Higginbotham, I helped redesign the entire website, which was also part of a larger rebranding. I used Wordpress and Elementor (and occasionally HTML and CSS when needed) to create pages. You can check out the site at higginbotham.com. We experienced a 59% increase in average weekly site visitors in just three months after the new website launched.

I also created an entire site for our Pool and Spa Insurance division, which you can view at poolindustryinsurance.com.

Photoshop

Compositing: Compiling multiple photos and elements into one composite image.

Photo Retouching + editing for print publication: color correction, retouching, and background removal. You can also see examples of clipping in some of the ads I created on my design page.
